outrageous pricesmissing pillows
I was really annoyed with a couple things. The bar prices felt outrageous. I paid £14 for one large wine and a Coke. I needed to leave early, at 6 AM, for work. I had to search for someone to check me out. They promised a takeaway breakfast for two, I only got a cereal bar, a tiny pasty, juice, and water. when I got to my room, I had to tell someone to make my bed. There were only three pillows in the room, too.

lovely atmospherediverse optionsshort stoolno shelves
The reception area and the dining spaces had such a lovely atmosphere. The robot birthday song was a nice touch at the end of the lunch.. it. The breakfast options were diverse.
The bedroom mirror was quite difficult to use. The stool was too short, I had to bend down to see my reflection. there were no shelves in the shower for soap..
